Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Milk of Choice I Prefer Oat Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Raw Organic Honey

Instructions
 

  • Warm or steam milk in a heat proof container. For best results use a milk frother or steamer.
  • Add all ingredients to warm milk
  • Mix all ingredients and enjoy!

There are lots of great golden milk recipes out there but this has been my personal go to for years. If I’m having a rough day mentally or emotionally this latte really has a therapeutic comforting effect for me.
